In 2024, the foundation was granted nonprofit tax-exempt status by the Hainan Provincial Department of Finance and the State Taxation Administration of Hainan.

On September 19, 2024, in partnership with the Jiangxi Chamber of Commerce in Hainan, the foundation held a donation event at a senior care center in Bo Hou Town, Lingao County. They provided 40 Haier water heaters, cooking oil, rice, flour, and other essentials. Deputy Secretary-General Cao Zheng expressed hopes that this initiative would help improve living conditions for the elderly after Typhoon "Moke."
